Intelligent controls, energy-efficient HVAC, daylighting strategies and on-site renewable generation reduce operational carbon, while materials selected for durability and recyclability lower embodied carbon. Adaptive layouts and infrastructure enable easy reconfiguration for different uses, extending building lifespan and reducing waste from renovations.
MAPFRE CORPORATE HQ, 25,580 m², Mexico City:Strategically situated in southwest Mexico City, this 26,294 m² AAA office tower is comprehensively integrated with the subway network. Designed for maximum operational efficiency and tenant flexibility, it features a column-free core and expansive floor plates. The program includes full valet parking and ground-floor retail, creating a consolidated daily destination. Biophilic well-being is central, incorporating green vistas, water features, natural light, vegetated corridors, and organic materiality in amenity spaces.
The building has achieved LEED Core & Shell Gold Certification, a testament to its rigorous performance in energy efficiency, water conservation, material selection, and indoor environmental quality. This certification is the official seal validating our holistic approach to sustainable design.
