NUVOCITY - Quezon City , Philippines
The objective was to establish a new benchmark for vertical urbanism by seamlessly synthesizing high-density mixed-use components into a cohesive, human-centric ecosystem. By anchoring five residential towers, two office blocks, and a hotel atop a dynamic two-story retail podium, we sought to create a self-sustaining community fabric that actively engages the streetscape while defining a striking, unified silhouette on the Quezon City skyline. Every programmatic element was meticulously massed to negotiate scale, ensuring that monumental density remains porous, accessible, and deeply integrated with the surrounding urban context.
At the core of our architectural strategy is an unwavering commitment to spatial efficiency, natural light, and sustainable "New Urbanism." The slender center-core configuration of the residential towers allows for shallow floor plates wrapped in full-height glazing, bathing compact studio layouts in daylight while connecting inhabitants directly to expansive views of the city. Furthermore, our structural modularity provides the necessary flexibility to execute a complex 10-year phased development schedule without compromising performance, embedding resource-conscious service strategies to minimize long-term water and power consumption across the entire development
Ford Motor Works El Cristo Campus, Mexico
The Ford Motor Works El Cristo Campus is a landmark 152,250m² master-planned development within the El Cristo Business Park in the State of México. The project strategically positioned Ford's new 42,000m² corporate offices and 27,000m² Product Development Centre on the prime site, utilizing the natural topography to enhance the design and efficiency of the campus. A key supporting element is a dedicated 10-level parking structure accommodating 3,000 vehicles, creating a fully integrated and modern hub for Ford's administrative and automotive innovation operations.

Designed as a visionary anchor for the contemporary metropolis, our master plan seamlessly integrates high-density commercial, hospitality, residential, and retail programming into a cohesive architectural ecosystem. The composition is defined by a rhythmic triad of slender towers with staggered heights, creating a dynamic silhouette that steps down gracefully across the urban block. By offsetting the primary vertical circulation cores, we liberated the floor plates to maximize spatial flexibility, transparency, and panoramic views, while open-frame architectural crowns provide a clean, purposeful termination against the sky.At the pedestrian level, the complex dissolves the traditional barrier between interior and exterior through a transparent low-rise retail podium and porous multi-story lobbies.
Wrapped in sophisticated double-skin glass curtain walls with layered vertical fins, the facades capture shifting daylight while optimizing thermal performance and solar management. Framed by generous hardscaped plazas and biophilic landscaping, the development establishes a welcoming civic threshold that balances monumental corporate ambition with human-scale engagement.

Horacio Plaza is reimagined as a Civic Centre serving local government and community needs in Polanco. The project consolidates municipal offices, community services, cultural spaces and ground-floor retail into a single, civic-minded building whose form and materials convey institutional presence while engaging the public realm.
