Our resort design philosophy transcends conventional hospitality to create sanctuaries of context and connection. We believe true luxury is no longer defined by opulence alone, but by the profound depth of experience, a radical sense of place, and an unwavering commitment to regenerative stewardship.

We had very high expectations of the design solutions to be provided by JON; our project had unusual constraints and challenges, and the product was really new for the Mexico market. I am pleased to say we weren’t disappointed, they made the extra effort to ensure our project succeeds on every level, which is why I would recommend them as a first rate A&D consultancy group.

KUKULCAN-Cancún, Mexico

Rethinking Coastal Density

In our latest high-rise residential resort concept situated along the vibrant coast of Cancun, the core challenge centered on massing. Traditional resort design often forces a choice between sprawling horizontal footprints that consume fragile ecosystems or monolithic towers that block light and views.

Optimized Sightlines: The angular separation dramatically increases the number of residences with direct, unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea.

Microclimate Control: The staggered geometry creates protected interior wind corridors and shaded courtyards that mitigate the intense tropical heat.

Tectonic Rhythm: Crisp white horizontal floor slabs create a strong layer-cake stratification, evoking a sophisticated maritime elegance while grounding the verticality of the tower.

Solara Residences - Acapulco , Mexico

We envisioned a residential tower that redefines coastal luxury by harmoniously balancing high-density living with environmental stewardship and biophilic integration. Our approach centers on creating a seamless dialogue between the architecture and its tropical setting, ensuring that every resident experiences a deep connection to nature.

At the base, we an expansive, double-height glass curtain wall that anchors the building with transparency and invites the surrounding landscape inward. Rising above this resort-style podium, the tower features a dynamic rhythm of deep cantilevered balconies and perforated metal screens that provide essential solar shading while celebrating light, shadow, and architectural texture. Crowning the structure, our expressive rooftop solar canopy transforms renewable energy infrastructure into a powerful, defining statement of our commitment to sustainable contemporary design.

JOGO BEACH-Lombok,Indonesia

Eco-Villa

This luxury eco-resort on Indonesia’s pristine Jogo Beach, conceived as a sanctuary for holistic renewal. Rooted in the local principle of Tri Hita Karana—harmony with spirit, community, and nature—the resort masterfully integrates radical sustainability with profound wellness.

Designed as a low-impact cluster, 30 exclusive villas and a 40-key hotel, inspired by traditional phinisi ships, appear to emerge organically from the coastal jungle. Using locally sourced materials like teak and rammed earth, every element—from private infinity pools and passive-cooled structures to living roofs and regenerative systems—serves a dual purpose: fostering deep personal restoration and actively regenerating the environment.

BAHLAY- Acapulco, Mexico

BAHLAY, 18,000 m², Acapulco, Mexico

Our design philosophy for hospitality is rooted in a single, powerful idea: to craft unforgettable human experiences through space, story, and seamless service. We believe every hotel, regardless of segment, must be a stage for connection—where guests feel genuinely welcomed, intuitively understood, and inspired to create lasting memories.

WHITE SANDS

Our work embodies tropical modernism, biophilic principles, and a deep respect for coastal topography. White Sand Residential Resort demonstrates architecture that honors its natural setting through stepped massing that follows the site’s contours and a canted roofline that rises toward the ocean, mirroring the coast. Materials—warm timber, crisp concrete, and local stone—lend tactile richness while multi-tiered infinity pools and cascading waterfalls transition the resort to the beach.
