Kakulcan: A Vision for Coastal Luxury in Cancun

Kakulcan is a visionary high-rise resort concept reimagining coastal living along the Caribbean shoreline. Spanning 92,544 m², the proposal comprises 280 residences (3BR–5BR), 7,400 m² of amenities—including infinity pools, wellness facilities, and rooftop lounges.

The design prioritizes environmental intelligence through bifurcated massing that optimizes ocean views and natural ventilation. Deep balcony loggias and vertical fins reduce solar glare and cooling loads, while cascading gardens and native landscaping blur the boundary between architecture and beach.

Crisp white slabs, natural stone, and wood accents evoke maritime elegance.

Kakulcan is a design exploration demonstrating that ecological responsibility and architectural ambition can coexist—setting a visionary standard for the future of resort living.

Smart Design, Sustainable Future: The Boatworks Takes Shape

The Lombok Superyacht Service Facility's schematic design delivers a functional, cost-effective, and durable layout optimised for seamless operational flow – from vessel entry and lifting to repair, storage, and re-launch. The design prioritises efficient traffic circulation, dedicated equipment movement zones, and modular expansion potential to accommodate future growth. Durable, low-maintenance materials suited to the harsh marine environment have been selected to ensure longevity and reduce ongoing operational costs, while sustainable principles – including water management, solar integration, and material re-use are embedded throughout.The design incorporates cost phasing strategies and value engineering, enabling a practical, scalable development that aligns with investor requirements while maintaining international operational standards, all supporting core infrastructure including a 600-tonne travel lift, 90-metre service jetty, 36 hardstand positions, and three refit sheds.

The development thoughtfully integrates two residential towers and an activated podium centered around a generous open-air terrace. Comprehensive resident amenities—including a spa, pool, gym, BBQ areas, co-working rooms, landscaped gathering zones, and a dedicated dog park—promote wellness, convenience, and social connection. Currently pursuing Fitwel Certification, High Park is conceived as a benchmark for healthy, sustainable urban living, setting a new standard for holistic neighborhood rejuvenation and long-term community resilience.

Conceived as a purpose-built marine service and repair complex designed to meet the growing demand for professional refit and maintenance capabilities in the Eastern Indonesian maritime region. Strategically positioned to support both local and visiting vessels, the facility will provide modern infrastructure for haul-out, repair, and servicing operations — bridging a gap between Bali’s saturated marine service market and the emerging cruising and charter industry of the Nusa Tenggara region.

The redesign of the building exterior complemented these changes, featuring a sleek, contemporary future-proofed façade that maximizes natural light and integrates sustainable solid surface materials. Altitud-45 is a distinguished 45-storey luxury twin-tower residential development prominently situated in Huixquilucan, just northeast of Mexico City. The complex comprises 168 exclusive, meticulously designed units and offers an extensive and thoughtfully curated range of amenities aimed at enhancing and elevating the quality of life for its residents. Among its standout features is the Spa and Wellness Center, which is elegantly positioned within the sky bridge on the 27th floor, providing a serene and tranquil retreat complete with breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline.
